Return and Refund Policy

We are an Australian business and operate under the Australian Consumer Law for refunds and replacements

HASSLE FREE 3 STEP PROMISE

We want you to love your coffee or items that you purchase from us! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.

Accidently ordered the wrong product/s, it does happen once in a while (please notify us within 21 days):

  1. Take note of your order number
  2. Use the contact us form on our main page to let us know of your return including the order number to get your return authorisation. Include what the correct item should be.
  3. Post back the item/s to us at your expense, once received we will ship back to you the correct item/s at our expense to help ease the pain.

Damaged in transit or faulty products (Please notify us within 5 days)

  1. Take note of your order number
  2. Use the contact us form on our main page to let us know of your damaged product including the order number to get your return authorisation. Advise us of the problem, email a photo if you can. You can also phone our team on 07 40933284 during business hours
  3. We will email you a return freight label at our expense to be attached to the item. We will re-dispatch the replacements items to you. If you do not send back the original order within 21 days, your card will be billed for the second order.

Not happy with the product and want a refund (please notify us within 21 days)

  1. Take note of your order number
  2. Use the contact us form on our main page to advise us of your return and reason.
  3. Post the item or remaining product back to us at your expense, within 7 days of receiving your return we will process the refund back to your original credit card unless otherwise specified. We cannot refund shipping, postage or freight.

Please note: Due to the organic nature of coffee, there may be slight seasonal variations between roasts as we transitions between seasons. This is one of the beautiful things about coffee and we try to keep consistency by gradually blending in the next seasons crop.
